Believe - Persevere - Dare
Join NAWIC Greater Orlando Chapter 73 for our July 12 Dinner Meeting . We will be welcoming Amon Ackley who will be presenting: Successful Project Management.
A successful project manager has one goal, to ensure that their projects are succesful; typically defined by functionality, quality, time to to delivery and money. Through the strategies and tools used to attain those goals are as varied as the people who use them, a consistently successful project manager will be defined by foresight - not so much in their ability to imagine their future success, but in their ability to imagine their failures. Project managers who take into account and prevent problems before they can arise, may spend their time at the start of a project to identify risks, but recoup this investment several times over with fewer "fires" to combat later.
